First Rehearsal
Sunday, Sept. 13, 4:00 pm at the Creative Center (same place as auditions).
An all cast meeting will be done before rehearsal begins. Those under 18 should have a parent at the meeting and can leave once the meeting is over.
Parents remember that kids need to be picked up at rehearsal unless a sign-out waiver has been submitted. If you wish for someone else to pick up your child, be sure you have submitted an Alternate Driver form.
General Info
This Callboard page is considered our main way of communicating with you. We will sometimes send an email for last minute changes, but please get in the habit of checking here and the Rehearsal Schedule page.
We will fill out details on the Rehearsal Schedule page as soon as we can. You will find on the schedule who is called at what time and known absences or late arrivals. We will assume you will be at rehearsal at your called time if we have not heard from you. Note that not everyone is always called for a whole rehearsal. As time goes on, there will be other groups assigned. For now we will break it down into Adults, Teens, and Kids.
As it is decided, music which will include when available each vocal track, accompaniment track, parts tracks, lyrics, and sheet music. This section will require a login which will be given to you at the cast meeting. It will also be emailed so you have it in a location you can find later. We provide this so that you have everything you need to prepare for rehearsal.

Audition Forms
- Have the following ready before filling out the forms:

- Conflict dates - Please include any dates from September 1 - December 6. Everyone is expected to be available tech week at the BCPA. Please be as detailed as possible! A tentative rehearsal schedule is listed below.
- We will need to talk to you if you have a lot of rehearsal conflicts.

- Adult Audition Form - also please fill out the medical form below.
- Minor (under age 18) Audition Form - also fill out the medical form and the special forms for minors.
- Medical Treatment Authorization Form - all need to fill out
- For Minors also fill out
- Parental Statement of Understanding
- For child safety, all parents of minors (under 18) are required to help supervise at least once during each: rehearsals, tech week, and a performance.

- Fill out if you want to give permission for someone else to pick up your child.

- Fill out if you want your child to sign himself/herself out.
